Terms and refunds
Plain-language terms for PandaSend Terminal. By downloading the app or subscribing, you agree to them.
What you get
- The app is free to use on your own Mac and your own network, with no account.
- Remote access (reaching your Mac from any network through our relay) is a subscription: $4.99 a month or $49 a year for one Mac, with unlimited phones. Each Mac gets a 14-day free trial with no card.
- Prices may include tax where it applies. We'll tell existing subscribers before a price change affects them.
Billing
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record: they process your card, issue receipts and handle tax. Your license key arrives by email after you pay. One key works on one Mac at a time; you can move it with Remove license from this Mac.
Cancelling
Cancel any time with the link in your receipt email. Remote access keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. Your sessions, your files and same-Wi-Fi access are never affected by a subscription ending.
Refunds
If PandaSend isn't right for you, email support@pandasend.space within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After 14 days, cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period, except where the law requires it.
Using it fairly
- You're responsible for your Mac, the paired phones, and what runs in your sessions.
- Don't use the relay to attack, overload or get into systems that aren't yours, or to break the law. If you do, we may suspend or end remote access for that Mac and cancel the subscription, without a refund.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the relay running, but we can't promise it will always be available. PandaSend is provided as is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
