PandaSendA little help

PandaSend is not published yet. For questions, feedback or early testing issues, contact its developer.
Include your phone model, OS version, reader model, and what happened. A screenshot of an error helps. Please don’t send private books, passwords or sensitive documents.
The reader cannot open the address
- Enable the phone’s hotspot and connect the reader to it. Confirm it has not rejoined another saved Wi-Fi network.
- Keep PandaSend’s send screen open. Use its current address, including
http://and:8080. - On iPhone, allow PandaSend access to the local network in Settings if requested.
- If you use shared Wi-Fi, avoid guest networks or access points that isolate devices. Try the phone hotspot.
- If a VPN blocks local connections, temporarily disconnect it and retry. Reopen the send screen after changing networks.
The download finished, but the book is missing
Wait for the reader to finish importing, then check its library. Confirm that your reader supports the file format and that the file is valid and not DRM-protected. PandaSend’s sent count reports completed transfers, not successful library imports.
An article will not convert
Check that your phone has internet and the article URL opens normally. Some pages require a login, block automated access, or depend on scripts that PandaSend cannot extract. Images may be missing when a website blocks them. PandaSend does not bypass paywalls.
Can I close the app while sending?
Keep PandaSend in the foreground until downloading finishes. Its send screen keeps the display awake. Background transfers are not supported.
Which readers are supported?
Tested: Kobo Libra Colour on stock firmware. Other readers are Beta; they need browser downloads and support for the book format. Other Kobo models have not been individually verified. Kindle transfers are not supported.
Where are my books stored?
PandaSend keeps its library in local app storage. Keep your original files somewhere safe: removing the app or clearing its data can remove that library. There is no PandaSend cloud account to restore it from.
